Well, I haven't tried them on hangers yet, will do ASAP and post another picture, but here are my hanger designs. I printed mine on sticker paper for the printer, but I am not sure yet if the all over adhesive will work as well as just some smaller adhesive on the fold over part. I will report on that as well.
