Argggghhhhhhhh!

My renter is driving me batty! First, he has been a pain forever! Second, he never pays his rent on time. Now, he finally says he is moving out (I was about to evict him) and thinks it makes sense that I would use his deposit for his last rent payment. His rent was due on the 1st, it is the 16th, why would that make sense? I am going to file a detainer soon just in case we need to reclaim damages. I hate sending Tuan over there, but he works close to him, and he is willing to go, but the guy is psycho so it scares me. We were stupid that we didn't get more information on him like references, SSN, etc., but we will definitely know better next time!
